Compass offers three subscription levels—Core, CE, and Pro—each delivering tailored experiences, including expert-led workshops, shareable client content, and live coaching. Building the Behavioral Advisor is an immersive coaching program its alumni refer to as “transformational” for themselves not only as advisors but as people. This carefully-crafted experience trains “player-coaches” in the quest for funded contentment. It combines live instruction, peer-to-peer learning, self-paced study, and guided self-reflection. NAVIGATOR
The Navigator Series enhances client meetings using financial planning psychology. This training covers screening, discovery, plan presentation, and ongoing engagement through four workshops. Learn frameworks, questions, and scripts to build relationships and scale your business. Limited-capacity workshops employ experiential learning for busy professionals.
